Interview process

Initial interview
A select number of applicants will be invited to participate in an initial phone interview. During this initial conversation, you will be asked to express your interest in joining the Global Partnership Schools team and how your past accomplishments best suit the position.

Subsequent interviews
Should the initial phone interview indicate your accomplishments may be a match for the position, you will be invited to participate in additional interviews with team members. These interviews may be conducted by phone or in person. A successful team is only as good as its weakest link, and these conversations are an opportunity for both you and the team member to assess whether the position utilizes your talents and engages your passion and commitment.

At this point in the process, we will contact the references provided in the “Join the Team” application.
